First Year Council

Lucas Basualdo

I am Lucas Basualdo, a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh, studying Politics & Philosophy. I was born in Baltimore, Maryland, but raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I have also had the privilege of visiting Spain, Italy, and Greece. Besides the Student Government Board, I have frequented environmental action and religious-identity clubs. My primary interests are promoting a circular economy on campus, diversifying our philosophy courses, and securing the well-being of faculty and staff alongside students.
