Max Kneis

Hi there! My name is Max Kneis, and I am a senior majoring in Finance & Accounting with a minor in Economics and a certificate in Business Analytics. I am originally from Germany, but have lived outside of Philly since I was 5. I’m spending my summer with the Boston Consulting Group and hope to start my career in management consulting, helping businesses solve some of their most daunting challenges. On campus I am a brother of Beta Theta Pi, a member of Phi Beta Lambda, a professional business organization, and have TA’d in Pitt Business. I previously served as the SGB Vice President and Chief of Finance for the 2016-2017 term and spent two years on the Allocations Committee prior to that.

During my term as Student Government Board President I want to get our student body more engaged with the work our Board Members and Committees are doing, while also make sure that all of our undergraduate students’ voices are being heard, both by SGB as well as the highest levels of the Administration. I would be more than happy to meet with you over coffee to hear your concerns or just get to know you, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to me! And of course, Hail to Pitt!
